Service Description

Your first visit is designed to be an informative and comfortable introduction to the therapy. After a brief overview, you’ll be guided through our advanced Red-Light machine, with the option to wear a bikini, sports bra and shorts, or simply your bra and underwear. We’ll take initial measurements of your weight, body fat percentage, and BMI to establish a baseline. Following treatment, you’ll also experience Vibacore with Oxygen Therapy, which helps your body burn off the fat that has been released during your session. For optimal results, we recommend not eating for at least one hour prior to your appointment. The fat-burning effects of the treatment will continue for up to two days after your session. Each visit concludes with a consultation with Dr. Kostow, who will provide personalized recommendations to help you reach your wellness and body goals.
